In 2019, Inner Mongolia Zhongxing Group launched the construction of the production execution system (MES) for its Dazhong Mining Company Limited, Jin Risheng Mining Company and Zhongsheng Metal Pelletizing Company. After system planning and construction, a complete set of mine information management system suitable for itself was built for Zhongxing Group.
The scope of implementation of Dazhong Mining is in Dazhong Shujigou iron ore mine, the system covers the mining site, processing plant and various functional production departments, and the business involves 8 items of production, scheduling, quality, measurement, energy, equipment, technology and enterprise performance. Through the implementation of the MES system, the information management level of Dazhong Mining has been greatly enhanced, realizing the all-round management of production planning, production consumption, raw material allocation, energy monitoring and equipment operation, and the high integration of the on-site automation system and MES, realizing the seamless connection between enterprise production and equipment management; the customized implementation of business reports provides the company's managers at all levels with a more rapid, accurate and timely production. The scope of implementation of Jin Risheng Mining includes the two mining areas of Zhouyoufang and Zhongxinji. The business involves 5 aspects of production, scheduling, quality, metering and energy. The implementation of this project is based on the Soly MES architecture, with enterprise management applications as the grip, to strengthen the convenience and comfort of the system. Through integration with enterprise WeChat, it realises 0n-site production information, equipment operation parameters and energy consumption information directly pushed to the mobile phone end of managers at all levels, providing a more informative data base for enterprise managers, further promoting enterprise information management changes and creating an appraisal management system with MES system as the core of management.
The MES project of Anhui Zhongsheng Metal Pelletizing Co., Ltd. mainly involves 6 aspects of production, dispatching, quality, metering, energy and pellet batching, and with the MES management system in place, all production reports are automatically generated by the system, reducing human intervention and improving the accuracy and timeliness of on-site production data. Through the integration of the site automation control system, the enterprise management personnel can understand the site production situation anytime and anywhere through the mobile phone application, and the : abnormal alarm function provides more data reference for the site production decision.
